" ... and they all say the Devil lies
at the Saint Rouge Cabaret!"

O1: a loved & personal portrayal of original character LENORA MARLOWE, aka. DAHLIA SIN'CLAIRE. study on revenge, resilience & the sin. written by morgan, 21+. mdni. lewd-focused dni.
O2: trigger warnings include, but are NOT LIMITED to: violence, substance abuse, murder, religious trauma, adultery, domestic abuse, vampirism. such topics will NOT receive a trigger warning beforehand when it comes to writing.

account *rules.
O1: this account is labeled DEAD DONE: DO NOT EAT. which means minors are NOT allowed to interact. i see no problem in hard-blocking any accounts of the matter that try any sort of interaction with me. i am an adult and have no interest in writing with anyone under eighteen.
O2: still on the DNI topic, besides the basic criteria, don't even get near me if your account is lewd-focused. i'm not here to fulfill your freaky gooner shit. my interest is writing actual storylines with actual character development and meaning other than writing smut.
O3: i am extremely comfortable with the block button and with curating my space for a better experience on rp. most of the time, it is not personal: but i do block stuff i don't like, accounts i don't really see myself interacting with, etcetera. and if any of the themes explored in my writing cause you to feel uncomfortable, i encourage you to do the same! this is social media, sugar, a block button is not that serious, i promise. <3
O4: do not, in ANY hypotesis, involve me in drama. i don't care. i don't wanna know. if i am following someone problematic or some similar situation happens, dm me about it and we'll sort it out. other than that, i ain't got time to care for twtrp drama. my real life's much more important than this and my peace will always be placed over anything and anyone.
O5: my portrayal is SEMI-SELECTIVE, and i will always prioritize my personal friends' interactions over people i don't really know yet. as mentioned before, i see no problem in curating my space for a better experience for myself.
O6: romantic pairings are EXCLUSIVE to long-time mutuals and personal friends. although multi-ship, i try to keep it as small and personal as possible. chemestry between characters is also a must. polyamorous ships are definitely on the tabe, if all parties involved are okay with it, too.
O7: english is NOT my first language! if any mistakes are made, that's the reason why. although it is not the language i speak everyday, it is the only language in which i'll write on this account. if you ever see some new expression, i probably translated it from my primary language into english, lol. get used to it, it'll happen more often than you think. i DO also use translation tools to get everything as nice as i can during hesitant moments of writing, and if anything doesn't make sense, blame it on mr. google translator. thank you kindly.

...and then he ran into my knife.
he ran into my knife ten times.
7 YEARS AGO.lenora marlowe, a five-year veteran of the burlesque circuit who had already learned how to make a living from being watched without ever allowing anyone to truly know her. she had been married for long enough to understand that her husband was not the man everyone else thought he was. he was charming, successful, attentive in public, and increasingly cruel in private. he controlled her money, questioned her whereabouts, criticized her work, and treated her career as something he tolerated rather than something that belonged to her. lenora knew he was cheating before she had proof; she noticed the late nights, the unexplained expenses, the sudden interest in his appearance. she eventually found out who the other woman was, only to discover that the mistress had no idea lenora existed. her husband had presented himself as single, and the woman had believed him. instead of confronting her, lenora approached her. what began as an attempt to understand the situation became something neither of them expected. they talked, drank together, compared stories about the same man, and eventually slept together.the affair with his mistress ended, but the connection between the two women remained, particularly as lenora's marriage deteriorated further. her husband became more aggressive after realizing lenora knew about the cheating, and the arguments became increasingly physical. the night he died, he came home expecting another argument to end the way they always had, with lenora eventually backing down. by the time it was over, she was alredy washing blood off of her hands.the investigation focused heavily on the history of abuse, the physical evidence in the house, and the circumstances of the confrontation. lenora was questioned, but she was never charged. she did not mourn him, and she has never claimed that killing him was something she wishes she could take back. if anything, she considers his death the first genuine and honest ending their marriage ever had.
you're the apple of m' eye!
love ya, *baby, till the day i die!
